i believe many ppl dont know who is elton mayo =]

but i tell u now

Mayo was a Australian and he had developed the Hawthorne Studies

it was one of the best things in the world

it brings lot of convenient to the organization

by interviewing program and scientific management

and now~ he successful become one of my FAVORITE PERSON =]

of cuz i wont continued it

damn like him now
